Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 13, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Pixel Crowd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pixel Crowd ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Pixel Crowd website, game client, Discord integrations, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Age Requirement and Adult Content
Pixel Crowd is an 18+ adult-oriented platform.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Service
- By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older
- The Service contains mature content including NSFW material, nudity, sexual content, and other adult themes
- Access to adult content is restricted to users who are legally permitted to view such content in their jurisdiction
- We reserve the right to verify age at any time and may request proof of age
- Providing false age information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach
- One person may only create one account unless explicitly authorized
3.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines
- You are under 18 years of age
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period under our internal account retention policies
- We are required to do so by law
3.3 Inactive Account Cleanup
To keep the Service secure, reliable, and practical to operate, we may review accounts that have not shown a successful game client login or recorded in-game activity for an extended period. Depending on our internal policies and administrative settings, inactive accounts may receive an email notice explaining that the account is inactive and may be marked for deletion if no game activity occurs during the notice period.
If the account remains inactive after the notice period, we may schedule it for deletion using the same account deletion process available from the player profile. To keep an inactive account from being scheduled for deletion, the account holder must log into the Pixel Crowd game client or otherwise generate recorded in-game activity; website access alone may not count as activity for this policy.
4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Upload, post, or share content depicting minors in any context
- Upload illegal content including child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse other users
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks
- Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code
- Engage in data mining, scraping, or automated data collection
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent age verification or security measures
- Sell, trade, or transfer your account to another person

- Spam, advertise, or promote external services without authorization
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
5. User-Generated Content
5.1 Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of content you create or upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Pixel Crowd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to:
- Use, reproduce, distribute, and display your User Content within the Service
- Modify and adapt your User Content for technical compatibility
- Allow other users to view and interact with your User Content
- Use your User Content for promotional purposes (with attribution when reasonably possible)

- Contains illegal material
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Is reported and found to be abusive or harmful
5.3 Content Moderation
We employ automated and manual content moderation systems. However, we do not pre-screen all User Content. The presence of moderation does not create an obligation to monitor all content. Users may report content for review.
6. Virtual Currency and Purchases
6.1 Virtual Currency (Coins)

7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, features, functionality, source code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Pixel Crowd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please see our DMCA Policy for filing a complaint.

8.1 Discord Integration
Our Service integrates with Discord. By linking your Discord account, you authorize us to:
- Access your Discord user ID and server membership information
- Send direct messages for authentication and notifications
- Assign and manage server roles based on your account status
Your use of Discord is governed by Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
8.2 Payment Processors
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details. Your payment information is subject to the payment processor's terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service "As Is"
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2 No Guarantee of Availability
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXEL CROWD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9.4 User Content Disclaimer
We are not responsible for User Content created, uploaded, or shared by users. Users are solely responsible for their content and interactions.
10. Indemnification

11.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@pxlcrowd.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
11.2 Arbitration Agreement
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to a jury trial.
11.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action.
11.4 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Sending an email to your registered email address
- Displaying a prominent notice on the Service
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Extended inactivity under our account retention and cleanup policies
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
Inactive-account deletion is generally handled through a notice-and-wait process before permanent deletion. During that notice period, a successful game client login or recorded in-game activity is required to reset inactivity status, but we may act sooner where required by law, security needs, abuse prevention, or platform integrity concerns.
14. Free Access Retention Terms
If you hold a complimentary or promotional Free Access account, the following additional terms apply to you. These terms exist to ensure active players benefit from the Free Access program.
14.1 Overview
Pixel Crowd may grant certain players complimentary or promotional access ("Free Access") to specific features, services, or content within the Game. Free Access is provided at our discretion and is subject to the terms outlined in this section.
Free Access retention rules are separate from the general inactive-account cleanup policy described in Section 3.3. Losing a Free Access benefit does not automatically mean the account itself is deleted, and account deletion may be handled separately under our inactivity and account retention policies.
14.2 Monthly Activity Requirement
To retain Free Access status, eligible players must log into the Pixel Crowd game client at least once every thirty (30) consecutive days.
A valid check-in consists of:
- Successfully accessing the player account through the game client or generating recorded in-game activity, and
- Maintaining the account in good standing in accordance with our general Terms of Service.
Website-only access does not satisfy this activity requirement unless we explicitly state otherwise.
14.3 Missed Check-Ins and Violations
Failure to complete the required monthly check-in will result in a recorded violation.
- The first missed 30-day period will result in one (1) violation notice.
- Upon accumulation of two (2) violations (whether consecutive or non-consecutive), Pixel Crowd reserves the right to revoke Free Access.
Revocation may occur without further notice once the second violation is recorded.
14.4 Effect of Revocation
If Free Access is revoked:
- The player may lose access to features, services, or content associated with the Free Access benefit.
- Standard paid access options, if available, may still be offered to the affected player.
Revocation of Free Access does not affect ownership of separately purchased content unless otherwise stated in applicable terms.
14.5 Reinstatement
Players who lose Free Access due to missed check-ins may contact Pixel Crowd support to request a review. Reinstatement, if granted, is at the sole discretion of Pixel Crowd and may be subject to additional conditions.
To request reinstatement, contact: support@pxlcrowd.com
14.6 Modifications to Free Access Program
Pixel Crowd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Free Access program, including these retention requirements, at any time. Any updates will be published on the official website.
By accepting or continuing to use Free Access benefits, players acknowledge and agree to these terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines, and DMCA Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pixel Crowd regarding the Service.
