I'm having trouble launching or logging in. What should I do?
If you're experiencing launch or login issues, please try these steps:
Launch Issues:
- Verify you can login to ur game profile on the Main website: https://pxlcrowd.com/game-profile
- Verify your system meets minimum requirements
- Update your graphics drivers
- Install latest Windows updates
- Disable antivirus temporarily during launch
- Check Windows Firewall settings
Login Problems:
- Double-check your email address and password
- Ensure Caps Lock is off
- Try resetting your password
- Check your internet connection
- Restart the game application
- Verify your email address if account is new
Still Having Issues: • Contact us on Discord, our Admins will be more than happy to help you • Contact support with your system specifications • Include any error messages you're seeing • Attach your game logs if possible • Join Discord If not there already, and file a ticket

Contact support@pxlcrowd.com or use the official community channels linked in the footer. Include the game version, Windows version, steps to reproduce the problem and the exact error message. Screenshots can help when they do not expose personal information. Never send your password, payment credentials or login tokens.
