Your account connects everything, but memberships and game items serve different purposes.

Account access and membership

Creating a website account and having game access are different steps. Check the membership and access status in your game profile before launching the client.

The Memberships page lists the packages currently offered and the benefits included with each. Existing promotional or Free Access entitlements may have their own conditions. A free trial or welcome pass is available only when an eligible offer is shown; it is not guaranteed to every new account.

Can I play during a free-access event?

When an announced free-access event is live, you can play without a subscription during its scheduled window. Create your free game account and download the Windows client before the start so you are ready to join.

The homepage shows upcoming or live free-access announcements when they are available. Downloading early does not start the event early. After the event ends, continued play requires another active entitlement, such as a membership or an eligible trial.

Paying through Patreon

For a package marked “Payment through Patreon”, complete checkout on Patreon using the billing details shown there. Then link that Patreon account from your Pixel Crowd game profile.

Manage Patreon billing through Patreon and check your linked game benefits in your Pixel Crowd profile. Review an existing membership before starting another purchase.

What coins are for

Game coins can be spent on items in the In-game Store, including room items, custom clothes and attachments. Each listing shows its own coin price.

Recurring coin allowances are shown on membership cards. Coins are virtual game currency and cannot be exchanged for cash under the current terms. Buying an optional store item does not purchase a membership.

Check the benefits that matter to you

Use the current package cards for prices, coin allowances and any additional room, storage or trial benefits. Do not assume a package includes an item simply because it appears in a screenshot.

If a payment or linked benefit is missing, check your profile first and contact support before paying again.

Current memberships

View current membership packages, prices and benefits. Your game profile shows your current access.

Your next step

Memberships provide the listed access and benefits. The In-game Store is for optional room items, clothes and attachments purchased with coins.
